			Concierge Pre-arrival Service When you return to your coastal estate or yacht after an extended absence, its look and feel should say, “Welcome home!” Our concierge pre-arrival service can manage everything from airing out and cleaning up, stocking the refrigerator and pantry, ordering fresh flowers, and more.
			Concierge Post-departure Service Preparations for an extended trip away can be complex and stressful. And that’s just the packing and travel arrangements. Our concierge post-departure service is designed to put your estate or yacht in order once you’re out the door. From laundry, to making beds; kitchen and bathroom clean-up to disposing of trash, we can manage the ‘dirty work’ so you can focus on getting to your destination.
			Travel & Entertainment Concierge Motu can book reservations, schedule tee times, order flowers, arrange for special local transportation needs, and more. Travel and entertainment concierge services are billed hourly. Third-party or out-of-pocket expenses are billed at cost with no mark up.
			Contractor Access and Supervision It may become necessary to provide contractors with access into your estate or yacht. We can manage the process from scheduling and meeting them at your property, to locking up and securing things after their departure.
			Post-Storm Assessment You’re far away and learn of a big storm hitting the coastal areas of Orange County. Rather than sending a friend or neighbor over for a quick peek, allow Motu to thoroughly inspect your estate or yacht. This service is available to Estate & Yacht Watch Service clients and includes exterior and interior inspection with phone call and written assessment to owner or designated contact.
			After-Hours Emergency Response Motu can serve as your onsite responder to an after-hours security breach or other emergency to inspect your property or vessel after law enforcement or other emergency services have been called. Includes exterior and interior inspection with phone call and written report to owner or designated contact.
			SecureKeys Service Even if you aren’t a watch inspection or concierge client, Motu can securely retain a set of keys to your property or vessel to eliminate the worry of lost keys or lockouts. This service is also valuable if you need to provide access to friends, family or contractors when you’re away.
