Home Watch Inspections
Motu’s Home Watch service is designed for properties that are left unoccupied for extended periods of time. These could be second homes, vacation homes, homes for sale, or homes where the owner travels frequently for weeks or months at a time. Our trained personnel perform regular, comprehensive inspections looking for any issues or abnormalities that require immediate attention; or that could become major, expensive problems if not remedied quickly.
Motu Home Watch inspections are available on a weekly, every other week, or monthly basis. Each inspection is followed up with an emailed report including photos.
Yacht Watch Inspections
Similar to our Home Watch inspections, Motu’s Yacht Watch service is designed for private vessels that are left unoccupied and unattended for extended periods of time. Boats in a saltwater environment are particularly susceptible to potential problems that can be extremely expensive to remedy if not caught early. Motu’s Yacht Watch inspectors are boat owners themselves and follow an extensive checklist.
Motu Yacht Watch inspections are available on a weekly, every other week, or monthly basis. Each inspection is followed up with an emailed report including photos. This service is exclusive to power boats and sailboats legally docked in Dana Point Harbor.
Concierge Services
Motu’s Concierge Services cover myriad of helpful tasks from making minor repairs or resolving maintenance issues, to scheduling and supervising third-party contractors, to post-storm assessment and after hours emergency response. Concierge Services are billed separately from Watch Inspections.
